What? Presenters of roundtable sessions are required to have very specific questions about either finished, ongoing or early research and/or case study that they would like to discuss in-depth with the solar cell/module buyers. As a result, both the solar cell and module buyers are invited to consider this format as both research-oriented and practice-oriented projects are welcome to be discussed in this format. A roundtable session offers Suppliers the chance to discuss their projects with the buyers. There will not be a PowerPoint presentation ,Instead a handout is required for all attending conference delegates that summarizes the main ideas and questions that will be central in the discussion.
Timing: Each Supplier presenter will get 5-10 minutes to outline both the main ideas and objectives of the project, as well as the question, problem and/or challenge that he/she wants to present to the audience. The presenter will provide his/her audience with these questions and/or problems are discussed for 25 minutes with the audience.
Room set up: Round tables, black and/or white board.
